    На Международном североамериканском автосалоне 2013 Hyundai Motor представила новый концепт-кар, который демонстрирует будущее направление дизайна премиальных автомобилей компании, активно укрепляющих свои позиции на мировом рынке люксовых моделей.

    HCD-14 Genesis сочетает в себе самые передовые разработки компании, такие как инновационная система отслеживания движения глаз и управление жестами.

    «Наши модели Genesis и Equus сегодня признаны серьезными конкурентами в мировом премиум-сегменте.     «Мы создали для HCD-14 Genesis образ премиального спортивного 4-дверного купе, — говорит Кристофер Чепмен (Christopher Chapman), главный дизайнер Hyundai Design North America. — Его изящный и легкий силуэт подстраивается под набегающие потоки воздуха и отличается естественной сдержанностью благодаря великолепному качеству обработки поверхностей.     Широкий дверной проем

    Задняя дверь автомобиля подвешивается на одной большой петле из полированного алюминия. Благодаря отсутствию средней стойки кузова, когда открыты обе двери, HCD-14 Genesis словно приглашает сесть в свой просторный салон. Центральная консоль модели имеет форму волны с двумя гребнями, она пересекает салон от самой приборной панели до задних сидений. Тема волны распространяется на внутренние дверные ручки и задние подголовники. Показания приборов и информация для водителя представляются в виде необычного сочетания аналоговых и цифровых дисплеев, дизайн которых перекликается с авиацией. Важные органы управления ориентированы на водителя, поэтому кабина имеет асимметричную центральную консоль, где важные ходовые функции отделены от элементов управления для пассажира. В автомобиле имеется док-станция для планшета iPad®.

    Технологии активной безопасности

    В HCD-14 Genesis представлены поистине революционные решения. Специалисты Hyundai по эргономике исключили традиционную центральную консоль, разработав интуитивный водительский интерфейс, который позволяет водителю HCD-14 полностью концентрироваться на дороге. Не ограниченные рамками, дизайнеры создали систему управления, не обремененную пугающими наборами кнопок и ручек. Благодаря ультрасовременной системе отслеживания движения глаз и трехмерному распознаванию жестов водитель может давать команды HCD-14 Genesis, не отвлекаясь от дороги.     Инновационная система отслеживания движения глаз и управления с помощью жестов HCD-14 сокращает число факторов, отвлекающих водителя от дороги. Она позволяет в полной мере вкусить удовольствие от вождения автомобиля. HCD-14 Genesis предлагает совершенно новый уровень вовлеченности водителя в управление. Сверхжесткое шасси, построенное с широким использованием высокопрочной стали, создает идеальную платформу для заднеприводного автомобиля. Эффективная пятирычажная передняя и задняя подвески сокращают колебания хода подвески, обеспечивая уверенное сцепление с дорогой на поворотах. Многорежимный усилитель руля позволяет лучше чувствовать дорогу и гарантирует мгновенный отклик, предлагая все преимущества электронной системы. Качественные низкопрофильные шины обладают великолепными сцепными свойствами, а также обеспечивают точную обратную связь.

    Двигатель Tau® V8 с прямым впрыском

    В HCD-14 Genesis используется уже отмеченный множеством наград двигатель Hyundai Tau® V8 с рабочим объемом 5 л., системой прямого впрыска топлива и двойной системой непрерывного изменения фаз газораспределения (D-CVVT), которые обеспечивают впечатляющую мощность, низкий уровень выбросов и великолепную экономичность. В HCD-14 Genesis используется система оптического распознавания, которая идентифицирует водителя и дает команду на запуск двигателя, а выбор передач 8-ступенчатой автоматической коробки осуществляется с помощью подрулевых переключателей.
